1. What this site is

SetupsMarket EVO is a free, community-driven library of car setups for Assetto Corsa EVO. Sharing is the whole point: every setup here is uploaded voluntarily and available to everyone at no cost. There is no paywall and there never will be one.

2. Accounts

Browsing and downloading require no account. Uploading, voting and reporting require signing in with Discord. Your display name is public; you can change it or switch to a random anonymous name at any time on your profile page.

3. Content you upload

You keep ownership of the setups you upload. By uploading you grant this site a non-exclusive right to store and distribute them free of charge, which is the service's sole purpose. Upload only genuine .carsetup files and only content you have the right to share. Do not upload files you sell elsewhere, content copied from paid packs without permission, or anything malicious.

4. Ratings and conduct

Votes exist to help drivers find good setups - one vote per person per setup, changeable at any time. Manipulating ratings with multiple accounts, spam uploads and abusive titles or descriptions may lead to content removal or account suspension.

5. Reports and moderation

Every setup page has a Report option. Moderators review reports and may hide or remove content that breaks these rules. If something here infringes your rights, report it or contact the site operator - legitimate takedown requests are honored promptly.

6. Privacy

We store the minimum needed to run the service:

• your Discord account id and avatar (from sign-in),
• your chosen public display name,
• setups you upload, votes and reports you submit,
• your download history - visible only to you, never to other users; anonymous visitors' downloads are not recorded at all.

No advertising, no trackers, no selling of data. To delete your account and data, contact the site operator.

7. Game content

Assetto Corsa EVO, car and track names and images are the property of KUNOS Simulazioni S.r.l. and 505 Games. This is an unofficial fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Such material is used for identification only and will be removed on request of the rights holders.

8. No warranty

The service and all setups are provided as-is, with no guarantees - of lap times included. Use at your own risk.

9. Changes

These terms may change as the service grows; the date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
